When installing the building template, the basement must meet the requirements of rust-free, oil-free, clean, dry, etc. some basic require as follows:
1. Rust free
To remove the rust, welding slag, etc. on the surface of the building template, usually we take steel ball mill remove the rust. But be sure the surface texture should not be too smooth, which will affect the coating of the building template turnover times.
2. Oil free
To remove oil stains, salad oil or other oil stains on the surface of building templates, degreasing agents or strong detergents can be used to remove oil from building templates.
3. Cleaning:
Before painting the building formwork, be sure to the formwork is clean. Wipe the surface of building template with cotton cloth or banana water and the floating dust can be cleaned with a dry sponge.
