What's Causes of Building Template Deform

The building formwork is a temporary supporting structure, which makes the concrete components form according to the specified size, and bears the self-weight and the external weight. It's aim to ensure the quality and construction safety of concrete projects, speed up construction progress and reduce costs. However, some building templates usually deform after being used for several times. What cause the deformation of the building formwork? It might be the reasons as below listed.

1. Assemble not set up according to regulations, which leads to poor overall performance of the building.

2. The foundation where place building formwork is not firm makes it sinking due to poor waterproof measures.

3. Use wooden building formwork for construction, and the concrete is not poured in time and the surface is deformed in the sun and rain for a long time.

4. The support spacing is too large, and the rigidity of the steel plate is poor

5. The speed of pouring wall and column concrete is too fast, the height of one-time pouring is too high and the vibration is excessive.
