1. The building plywood must be cleaned up and the release agent should be applied evenly. The demoulding time must be carried out accordance to the notification from the technical to prevent sticking to the mold.
2. When removing the wall construction plywood, remove the diagonal brace and the diagonal rod firstly, then remove the horizontal backing. Use a crowbar to gently pry the plywood to separate the plywood from the concrete. Do not use excessive force, especially the corners and the hole , to avoid make building plywood deformed.
3. When removing the floor construction plywood, remove the horizontal tie rods firstly, then remove the vertical rods. When the beam formwork is removed, the side form is removed firstly, then remove the bottom plywood. The concrete strength must meet the requirements when the plywood is removed.
