Density Fiberboard(MDF board) is a man-made board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw material, combining it with wax and a resin binder. Because of its soft and impact resistance properties, density board is easy to reprocess and also a good material for making furniture.
According to different densities, it is divided into high-density boards, medium-density boards, and low-density boards. (The density of MDF is 450 kg -- 600 kg/m³, and the HDF is more than 600 kg/m³). The common specifications are 1220*2440mm and 1525*2440mm.
The thickness covers: 3mm、5mm、9mm、12mm、15mm、16mm、18mm、20mm、25mm、30mm.
