Tips When Setting Cylindrical Film Faced Plywood

Cylindrical formwrok is made of plywood and offers great coverage with few splices and seams.

The cylindrical formwork has good structural performance and can be cut arbitrarily according to the actual size, which reduces the difficulty of construction and shortens the construction period.

When the cylindrical formwrok is supported, the following matters must be paid attention to ensure the quality of project.

1. In order to protect the cylindrical formwork, four pcs 5*10cm wooden squares are added vertically around the formwork after the steel strip is installed. The wooden squares are fixed with 4 steel pipes, and the distance between the upper and lower steel pipes is kept at 100cm, which can protect the wooden formwork. It can buffer the pressure of the vibrating rod, also conducive to the vertical positioning of the formwork.

2. When the column intersects the wall, the joint must be properly treated, otherwise it may cause water seepage. Therefore, if the column is poured separately from the wall, glass fiber mesh is generally pasted at the joint to improve the connection effect.
