Density board is a man-made board that often used decorate house. According to its surface, it can be divide into sanding medium density board and calendering medium density board. What is their difference? Let's take a look.


Sanding: The sanding process will smooth and strength the surface of the board with uniform thickness, which makes it convenient for decoration and furniture production. The sanded sheet will be thinner than the calendered sheet.


Calendering: The calendering process has a wide range of applications, and it is a process used in the production, processing, textile, printing, and metallurgy of MDF board.


The most basic difference between them is the different surface treatment methods, which make them used in different industry applications. As for the choice of calendering or sanding when buying, it depends on your needs.
