Density board also called fiberboard. It can be divided into: CARB P2, E0, E1, E2 grade according to the formaldehyde content in board from low to high.
According to different density, it is divided into small density board, medium density board and high density board.
Small density boards, the density < 450kg/m3. Due to its low density, small density boards are used for low-end furniture or making package.
Medium density board, the density is 450 kg/m3 ~ 750 kg/m3. MDF is flat and smooth with good processing performance, and it can be pasted with sliced thin wood, patterns and decorative paper. Therefore, it is very popular in home decoration and often used to make furniture, partitions, etc.
High density board, the density is >750kg/m3. It is also used to make furniture too.
