1. From the appearance point of view, checking the size and shape of the wood pellets at the center of the cross section. The length of wood pellets is generally 5-10MM. If it is too long the structure of particle board is not stable, and the poor deformation resistance and static bending strength if too short.
2. The moisture resistance of wood-based panels depends on density and moisture-proof agent. Moisture-proof is moisture-proof, not waterproof, so it must be distinguished during use. The moisture content of boards in northern China, including North China, Northwest, and Northeast China, should be controlled within 8-10%, and boards in the southern region, including coastal areas, should be controlled between 9-14%, otherwise the sheet will be easily deformed due to moisture absorption.
3. From the perspective of surface flatness and smoothness, particle board must be polished with about 200# sandpaper before leaving the factory. Generally speaking, it is better to be finer, but in some cases, such as sticking to fireproof boards, coarse is better.
