2. The center distance of the keel should be controlled between 310-410mm, and the butt joints of the keel ends should be left at a distance of about 10mm to facilitate drainage. And the end seams between the keel rows and rows should be staggered, not in one row. The allowable error of the keel spacing is <10mm, the flatness is <3mm, and the expansion joint between the wall is 8-10mm.
3. When the construction condition of the base layer of the construction site is poor and the main structure cannot be stabilized, should take galvanized steel keel instead of wood-plastic keel, and the parts of electric welding connection should be rust-proof.
4. The size of the floor splicing gap should be reasonably determined according to the temperature and humidity of the environment when the WPC decking is installed, the length of the floor, the moisture content of the floor, and the specific conditions of the laying area.
