Clean the floor with an air compressor before install building plywood. There should be no water, debris and floating slurry on it. Brushing oil-based release agent on inside plywood.
The building plywood should be assembled into a whole according to the size of the plywood matching board drawing. When the plywood is assembled on site, be mind the joints between adjacent panels, and add clamps at the joints of the two panels to prevent slurry leakage. The steel wire binds the plywood and the vertical steel pipe firmly to maintain the integrity of the plywood.
The precision requirements for assemble buidling plywood are as follows:
1. Patchwork between two plywoods ≤1
2. The height difference between adjacent plywoods ≤1
3. Flatness of plywood ≤2
4. Plywoods plane size deviation ±3
