Core board: High-quality board will select high-quality raw materials, and the quality of the material directly affects the internal density and bonding strength of the board. The high-quality plywood adopts the first-level core board to ensure that the internal layers of the template are tightly combined without voids, which is the basic guarantee for a long service life.
Pressure: The crisscross core board can be pressed by high temperature and high pressure to solidify the glue to produce adhesive force and strength. The high-quality plywood uses a pressure of more than 230MPA in the process of hot pressing to ensure a tight bond between the core layers.
Panel: The surface of high-grade plywood is as bright as a mirror, and the whole body is shiny. The panel is mainly affected by two aspects, one is glue and the other is material. High-quality plywood uses a certain concentration of phenolic resin glue. After hot pressing, the phenolic glue flows on the surface of the board to form a waterproof and smooth film, which has achieved the effect of easy demolding. The high-quality plywood also uses the unknotted or few-knotted imported spoke building mold to loosen the surface. The whole sheet is flexible and does not lose strength, which is the basic condition for the smooth surface of the board.
Moisture: The international requirement is that the moisture content of plywood should be controlled between 8-10%. Because the moisture content of the plywood is generally about 8%, a good moisture content control can effectively increase the service life of the template. The moisture content is similar to the environment, and the template will not swell by absorbing water.
